We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Sourcing Developer with a deep understanding of vendor management and product development in the apparel industry. In this role, you will strategically allocate styles to vendors, manage the end-to-end product development process, and support initiatives focused on process improvement and business requirements.The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of vendor capabilities and product intricacies, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• Product Development Process: Apply expertise in end-to-end product development, including calendar building, vendor management, and product replenishment, while maintaining a thorough understanding of vendor capabilities.
• Calendar Management: Ensure adherence to the brand development calendar, proactively identify potential issues, and collaborate with your manager to develop solutions.
• Vendor Collaboration: Partner with vendors to ensure consistent product excellence, timely sample execution, and effective issue resolution.
• Strategic Execution: Work closely with your manager to understand brand product development strategies, independently execute operational and project activities, and coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Work Plan Implementation: Implement work plans, monitor progress, and work with your manager to prioritize actions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Data Analysis: Analyze internal and vendor performance data to provide actionable insights, support continuous improvement, optimize vendor capabilities, and improve processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Planning, Global Materials Supply, Logistics, Technical Design, and Quality teams to achieve brand goals and objectives.
• Communication: Present your views confidently using supporting data, proactively communicate development concerns, and recommend solutions to maintain agreed calendar dates.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in company-wide initiatives to improve supply chain systems, processes, and operational performance.

Requisitos

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in knitted and woven apparel product development, vendor management, and sourcing within the apparel industry.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Strong learning agility and the ability to adapt and remain effective in a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Passion for products and a curious, open mindset toward learning.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of three years of sourcing experience; prior apparel industry experience preferred.
• Languages: Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Airtable. Familiarity with Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau, and Power Query is a plus.
• Digital Platforms: Familiarity with platforms that support product development and process efficiency is highly advantageous.
