Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly analysis of cost performance
• Forecast and monitor costs, providing insights for financial and operational planning.
• Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and Snowflake to improve visibility and track KPIs.
• Support planning for warehousing, inbound/outbound transport, and inventory flow.
• Identify root causes of forecast deviations using 4C methodology or similar problem-solving frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, logistics, and country teams to align planning and execution.
• Train and support team members in the use of planning tools and automation techniques.

Requisitos

Ideal Profile

Academic Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2-4 years in supply planning, logistics analytics, or cost control roles.

Experience working with multinational supply chains and multicultural teams.

Technical Skills:

Advanced Excel and Power BI (DAX, Power Query).

Proficiency in SAP (ERP, SAC, AFO), Snowflake, SQL, and data automation tools.

Familiarity with Tableau, Python, R, or other programming tools is a plus.

Familiarity with logistics systems and transportation KPIs.

Power Skills:

Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bilingual: Spanish (native) and English (advanced written and verbal).
