We are looking for a professional with experience in sales in the consumer industry. Experience with distributors is essential.
The sales Lead develops and executes strategic sales plans to meet business goals, working closely with marketing, supply chain, and customer service. A key responsibility is managing and motivating the distributor sales teams in Puerto Rico
achieving results through the distributor is essential. Building relationships and identifying new business opportunities aligned with company objectives are also critical.
A strong understanding of the industry of consumer goods, customer needs, and market trends is vital to develop innovative, sustainable growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute strategic sales plans: Design and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve targets sales.
2. Distributor leadership and development: Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to ensure high performance and goal attainment.
3. Customer and partner relationship management: Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders to enhance market presence.
4. Market and consumer insights: Analyze market trends and consumer behaviors to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
5. Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and other teams to align on planning and execution.
6. Sales performance monitoring and reporting: Track sales KPIs, analyze results, and adjust tactics for continuous improvement.
7. Lead the Sales & Operations Planning process for the channel, aligning sales forecasts with supply chain capabilities to ensure optimal inventory levels and supply availability.
Qualifications
6 years of experience en similar roles.
College or University degree Bilingual.
Fluent in English and Spanish written and verbal.
Resident in San Juan, Puerto Rico
