Responsibilities:

  • Support Revenue Management realization to/from Panamá
  • Support the Panamá directors with professional counselor to drive current Revenue Management strategy
  • Support & develop the Panamá director presentations
  • Years/Experience: 5 years: RM, Commercial, Financial & Analytics experience
  • Scholarship: Graduate,
  • English level: Advanced
  • Strong interpersonal/communication / influencing skills to win support and drive decision making
  • High level of cross functional cooperation: effectively partnering, control & accountable
  • Ability to visually present analysis, key insights, facts & figures in a compelling way

Key Decisions

  • Map & governance on gathering, report & analyze market data to contribute central tooling
  • Contribute with Panamá inputs to the Pricing, Promotions & Trade Terms governance

Key Activities

  • Timely & effectively ensure S&OP Panamá forecast process.
  • Align & cascade Revenue Management Panamá strategy within all Panamá staff.
  • Drive the Revenue Management agenda to achieve Panamá strategy.
  • Elaborate & include Revenue Management pillar realization effect to the forecast.
  • Gather, report & analyze market data to contribute central tooling.
  • Contribute analysis driven Panamá inputs to the Pricing, Promotions & Trade Terms governance.
  • Professional counselor to drive current Revenue Management strategy within the Panamá.
  • Perform Panamá analysis to address issues & capitalize opportunities.
  • Ensure price index strategy compliance in the market.
  • Ensure the quality & integrity of price tools to planning & LE processes.
  • Be an exhaustive filter for the Panamá teams on Revenue Management pillars requests.
  • Support & develop the Panamá director presentations.
