Descripción del puesto

• Lead the design of IT infrastructure solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and project delivery standards.
• Provide technical guidance and clarification to customers and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and deliver all required solution documentation, including:

1. High-Level Design (HLD)
2. Technical Proposals
3. Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
4. Cost breakdowns

• Support the procurement team by reviewing technical specifications and participating in supplier negotiations.
• Ensure solution feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and delivery success.

Requisitos

Professional Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure implementation, ideally in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience in:

1. Storage systems (SAN/NAS)
2. Backup and disaster recovery
3. Storage migration
4. Server virtualization

• Strong understanding of project cost components and solution pricing

Business Skills:

• Ability to design and communicate comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions.
• Skilled in client-facing technical discussions and solution negotiation.
• Solid expertise in:

1. Storage technologies
2. Backup and disaster recovery solutions
3. Server virtualization
4. SAN/NAS migration strategy

Other Requirements:

1. Fluent in English and Spanish (professional working level).
2. Proficient in Mandarin Chinese (mandatory for internal communication).
3. Willing and able to travel up to 60% across Latin America for project delivery.
