- Manage sales staff to achieve commercial goals.
- Analyze sales results and prepare reports for executives.
- Coordinate pricing, discounts, contracts, and customer success processes.
- Manage commercial promotions and strategic partnerships.
- Represent the organization in meetings and events.
Administrative Functions- Supervise processes, systems, and administrative tools.
- Monitor accounts receivable, payments, and departmental profitability.
- Track client perfodmance and support the customer journey.
- Train team members to mazimize results.
Requisitos
- Sales & Business Development – ability to analyze results, drive sales, and build strategic partnerships.
- Customer & Stakeholder Management – maintaining relationships with schools, students, parents, and institutional partners.
- Program Operations Management – overseeing administrative processes, systems, and compliance.
- Financial Oversight – monitoring budgets, accounts receivable, and departmental profitability.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – resolving academic, operational, and commercial challenges effectively.
- Communication & Leadership – influencing across departments, representing the institution, and aligning diverse teams.
