As a regional Cloud Partner Operation Manager, you need to support partners' sales success and operation management, including:

  1. Participate in the operations of Huawei Cloud ecosystem partners in Latin America.
  2. Take the lead in special tasks, manage the performance, incentives, and rights of Huawei Cloud partners in Latin America, and build and operate related processes and IT systems.
  3. Provide professional evaluation comments from the perspective of sales/policy management, and support the formulation of Huawei Cloud ecosystem partner policies and achievement of sales targets in Latin America.
  4. Be able to customize and output value-added reports such as partner revenue and transaction reports to provide data support and analysis for continuous optimization of corporate policies.
  5. Coordinate internal resources and manage resources to meet performance objectives and requirements.

Requisitos

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a relevant field of study.
2. 1-3 years experience in partner operations, channel management or business development within telecommunications industry.
3. Experience in partner sales, finance and accounting, supply chain and internal control.
4. Understanding of the HUAWEI CLOUD partner sales model, with related experience in the industry.
5. Experience and knowledge in process development and IT system planning/construction.
6. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work with a diverse, multicultural team and align them to persue common sales goals.
8. Proficient in data analysis and Excel, including PivotTables and advanced functions.
9.Fluent in English, Spanish and Chinese.
