Descripción del puesto

  1. Responsible for human resources search, preliminary interviews and organizing interviews, onboarding process, etc.
  2. Responsible for team building, employee care, and timely identification and resolution of team issues.
  3. Communicate with local teams/clients, provide customer care, identify issues and drive engineers to resolve them.
  4. Check for customer communication issues, cyber security issues, etc., when engineers support customer issues, and encourage employees to correct them.

Requisitos

  1. Fluent in English/Spanish and articulate, Portuguese-speaking preferred.
  2. Patience, politeness, initiative and good communication skills. Strong sense of responsibility, good psychological quality and able to withstand pressure;
  3. Experience in customer service is preferred. Experience in HR/QA is preferred.
  4. Familiar with excel , word processing and basic.
