- Create trouble tickets through telephone hotlines or emails, answer customer inquiries, handle and follow up customer complaints, and provide customer care.
- GTAC solar Inverter products(STS,Inverter) remote technical support , Provide service solution and technical support;
- Local team cooperation, management, Drive local teams, R&D teams, etc., to close customer issues
- Call back and care for existing or former customers by phone and email.
Requisitos
- Fluent in English/Spanish and articulate,Portuguese-speaking preferrez
- Have a background in power electronics and knowledge of electricity and power communication
- Be able to adapt to shift work.
- Patience, politeness, initiative and good communication skills. Strong sense of responsibility, good psychological quality and able to withstand pressure;
- Has PV solar experience will be better. Has transformer experience will be better.
- Customer service experience will be preferred.
