  • Create trouble tickets through telephone hotlines or emails, answer customer inquiries, handle and follow up customer complaints, and provide customer care.
  • GTAC solar Inverter products(STS,Inverter) remote technical support , Provide service solution and technical support;
  • Local team cooperation, management, Drive local teams, R&D teams, etc., to close customer issues
  • Call back and care for existing or former customers by phone and email.

Requisitos

  • Fluent in English/Spanish and articulate,Portuguese-speaking preferrez
  • Have a background in power electronics and knowledge of electricity and power communication
  • Be able to adapt to shift work.
  • Patience, politeness, initiative and good communication skills. Strong sense of responsibility, good psychological quality and able to withstand pressure;
  • Has PV solar experience will be better. Has transformer experience will be better.
  • Customer service experience will be preferred.
  • Familiar with excel , word processing and basic
